And our government is committed to have the rule of law prevalent in all parts of the country. The biggest hindrance is the fact the LPTT [Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam] is restricting our access to certain locations in the country, and that is where the apprehension of the culprits or the criminals becomes extremely difficult for us.
